You can always tell the quality of a person or a company by how they treat others. For our Bassplayer Live 08' display, we had an agreement with a "Boutique" amp manufacturer who at the last minute stiffed us, without even contacting us to let us know, (you know who you are!). Our gear and entire display had already been shipped to CA for the show the week before, and there was no possible way to ship anything else from South Carolina to LA on time. To say we were in a very tough spot is an understatement.

Our very own Michael Albronda contacted GK's Jason Finley, who of course consulted with Mr. Bob Gallien and they stepped up to provide us with not only amplification for the show, they even offered speaker switching boxes! I was stunned, to say the least. That they would go out of their way to provide a small company like Dr. Bass with their amps, and especially when they have their own booth at the show is unheard of. This says volumes about the quality, and class of these 2 gentlemen, and the entire GK family.

I have personally owned an original 800RB and MB150E amps for years, and Tony still won't trade either of his 2-1989 1200CEB combos for any other combo amp. Neither Tony or I have ever had a lick of problems with any of them. Reliability and tank-like construction is the hallmark of a GK product. If you call and ask what amps I recommend for Dr. Bass cabinets, GK will be the first name out of my mouth.

Construction

All Dr. Bass products are hand crafted from only the finest materials available and then sprayed with an environmentally safe hybrid polyurethane/polyurea elastomer coating applied at 240 with a tensile strength of 2500 lbs. psi, making them virtually indestructible, not like that nasty "rat fur". This is virtually identical material which is used to coat the decks of submarines. This results in not only an extremely tough cabinet, but a surprisingly lightweight one as well. If your cabinet ever gets dirty, just wipe
it off with a damp rag and it will look like new for years to come. The grilles are 18 gauge powder coated steel. Custom cabinets available upon request. (Call or email for quote).

Should you wish to purchase one of our cabinets we try to make it as painless as possible.

1.    Call, or send us an email specifying which model and options suit your needs.
2.     Credit cards are accepted by phone or via PayPal. Upon receipt of your order we will send you a PayPal invoice which you can pay directly from.
3.     Or send a certified check or money order for the entire amount. Personal checks are accepted, but construction on your cabinet will not begin for 14 days until the check has cleared.
4.      Send us an email with the cabinet with options, and send your credit card information in 2 separate emails.

All Shipping is done via insured ground. For international shipments please email country, address and Postal codes, if applicable, and we will send you a shipping quote.

*All Dr. Bass products carry a 1-year "even if you break it" warranty. Simply return the products and we will repair it free of charge. All you pay is the Shipping and Handling. *

* Freight charges and damages caused as a result of major accidents or natural disasters (such as fire, automobile wrecks, tornadoes, drunken roadies, etc.) are excluded from this warranty.

Speakers are covered by the manufacturers warranty. You knew there had to be some fine print somewhere!
