What's New! Introducing the all new BLF 2050. This is by far the most innovative and the best sounding 210 cabinet ever produced to accomodate the micro heads. The standard 400w BLF 2050 comes standard with either Faital pro neo's or Eminence ceramics. The Extreme model is a 600w beast also powered with Faital Pro neodymium drivers. Both are loaded with a 5" neodymium full range driver for better handling of the mid frequencies, and 2 soft dome tweeters for some shimmer, but they won't rip your head off! We have been to many shows over the years, and I have to tell you, I get sick of seeing the same old tired product lines. I checked quite a few different manufacturers and all of them had at least 3 different 410's, 210's, and 112's. One was made in the US, a mid line with lesser quality Chinese drivers, a really cheap line made in China, etc., you get the picture. Nothing really new, or innovative, same old same old in different colors, neo, ceramic etc. It makes me crazy. Then they tell you about their big endorsers, and we get requests every day, but YOU eventually end up paying for their gear. Let's face it, someone has to pay for it.
Here at Dr. Bass, In our never ending quest for affordable cabinets Made in the USA, and Superior tone, we never stop designing new cabinets, while constantly upgrading our current line of cabinets to suit the needs of today's bassist. So you never have to look at Dr. Bass cabinets and say "oh look at our new 410/210/115/112/212" designs...Ugh!

BLF 2050
DRB 1260/1280
Introducing the all new DRB 1260 and DRB 1280. The 1260 has been a staple product with over 450 of them in use around the world! But that doesn't mean that it can't be improved. We have taken the same components and put them in a larger cabinet, retuned it and gave it a thicker, fuller tone so it is better able to used as a stand alone cabinet. But we kept it small enough so that is can still be used in a modular situation. The DRB 1280 was the natural extension. We took the same cabinet and changed the mid from a 6.5 to 8" and added 2 soft dome tweeters. Check out the 3-way page for complete information.
DRB 112
The first cabinet the Doctor ever designed back in 2002 was the Rx 112. We wanted a small lightweight cabinet (before it small and light became the rage!) for my personal use. I built it with a matching airhead to accomodate my compact Mesa Boogie Walkabout. Since then we made one design change....until now. Consider it the DRB 112 on steroids.
