Construction

All Dr. Bass products are hand crafted from only the finest materials available and then sprayed with an environmentally safe DuraTex coating, making them the toughest cabs on the Market! No nasty "rat fur". This results in not only an extremely tough cabinet, but a surprisingly lightweight one as well. If your cabinet ever gets dirty, just wipe. Spray on polurea is also available as an option. The grilles are 18 gauge powder coated steel. Custom cabinets available upon request. (Call or email for quote).

Purchase and Shipping information

Should you wish to purchase one of our cabinets we try to make it as painless as possible.

1.    Call, or send us an email specifying which model and options suit your needs.

2.    Credit cards are accepted by phone.

3.    Or send a certified check or money order for the entire amount. Personal checks are no longer accepted.

4.    Send us an email with the cabinet with options, and send your credit card information in 2 separate emails.

5. Full payment is required for all in stock cabinets, 1/2 down for cabinets not in stock.

All Shipping is done via insured ground. For international shipments please email country, address and Postal codes, if applicable, and we will send you a shipping quote.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Dr. Bass Cabinet, just return the cabinet in the original shipping box in resalable condition for a 100% refund less S&H. No questions asked.

NOTE: In the event of shipping damage, we will replace the cabinet free of charge. Should you want a refund, we will make a claim with the shipping company and upon completion of the claim procedure, you will be refunded whatever the shipping insurance covers. .

For all custom cabinet orders, there are no refunds, returns or cancellations on custom cabinets once order has been placed and engineering and construction has begun. No Exceptions.

Warranty

*All Dr. Bass products carry a 1-year "even if you break it" warranty. Simply return the products and we will repair it free of charge. All you pay is the Shipping and Handling. *

* Freight charges and damages caused as a result of major accidents or natural disasters (such as fire, automobile wrecks, tornadoes, drunken roadies, etc.) are excluded from this warranty.

Speakers are covered by the manufacturers warranty. You knew there had to be some fine print somewhere!

It’s an ambitious goal — one that can’t be achieved on an assembly line. Assuring our high standards of quality control takes time and demands a very small, highly qualified team, working together in the U.S.A, building our products
painstakingly, with trained ears listening intently to every cabinet before it can be shipped. Because demand is strong… and because we are not prepared to compromise our standards, while our goal is to have all orders filled within 2 to 4 weeks, it can sometimes take as much as 90 days or more from the time the order is received until you receive your handcrafted cabinet.
